I told her only when my friend posts stuff that looks so impossibly good I can't resist! And I wonder if my egg was smaller than yours- or my flour thicker-or my apples less juicy or something... I had to use more than2 cups of kefir this morning to make them the right 'pancake' consistency. The syrup though?! TOP NOTCH! Just the right blend of sweet and tangy.
